Work With Me One-on-One

Yoga provides us with the tools to transform our bodies, minds, and spirits. Through a private session I’ll support you in your practice on and off the mat. By investing time into building the relationship I’ll provide specific tools, practices, and reflections to support your practice and life.


I encourage you to commit to a minimum of three sessions, but can make exceptions depending on circumstances. Each session is 60-75 minutes.

What to Expect

Our first session we’ll go over your yoga, life, and spiritual goals and what the process of working together will look like.

At the end of each session I’ll give you a little homework. This can range from incorporating certain asana (physical) postures or pranayama (breath) practices into your daily routine, to journal prompts, an herbal ally to work with, or even a book recommendation.

At the beginning of each follow up session we’ll check in to see how everything is going and whether we want to change our course of action or continue with what’s planned.

The beauty of working one-on-one allows us the freedom to work with what arises and adapt accordingly.

Three Session Commitment: $225 ($75 per session)
One Session: $90
